Course Description

Manufacturing of Plastic Bottles for Drinking Water and Beverages
This course provides participants with in-depth knowledge of the Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) process used in manufacturing plastic bottles for water and beverage packaging. It covers the materials, machine operation, and key process parameters required for high-quality bottle production.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the working principle of the injection stretch blow molding process.
- Learn the basic principles of machine operation, including stages of preform heating, stretching, and blowing.
- Gain insight into the properties of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and its suitability for bottle manufacturing.
- Understand the process conditions such as temperature, air pressure, and cycle timing that affect bottle quality.
This course is ideal for technicians, operators, and production staff involved in beverage and packaging industries.
