    The institute offers two guidance and preparation programs, one of which is immediately upon joining the institute, where you are introduced to the full study program. Japanese experts also provide an introduction to the plastics industry. It hosts a director of human resources from one of the factories and a graduate who previously joined the industry sector to familiarize you with the requirements of the industry and to take a true picture of the institute and your future.             The role of the educational supervisor is to provide you with all the information about your academic studies, your grades, your progress in training, and the mechanisms for solving the difficulties that you may encounter in studying, by communicating with your trainers, teachers, and officials of the Trainees\u2019 Affairs Department and the Training Department at the institute, to help you overcome any difficulties you may encounter in studying.
