The Inauguration
HIPF was inaugurated by Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Province, on 15 March 2008. In attendance were important people from the governments of KSA and Japan, representatives from partner companies, and all the professionals and trainees at HIPF.
