Trainee’s Tuition

  • The Saudi Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) provides 75% of the trainee’s tuition (SR 18,000/year)
  • The participating company provides 25% of the trainee’s tuition (SR 6,000/year)

Trainee’s Salary


  • HRDF provides the trainee’s salary during enrolment at HIPF (SR 1,000/month)
  • The participating company provides additional trainee’s salary during enrolment at HIPF (SR 500/month)
Employment Salary


  • HRDF will provide up to SR 2,000/month as a salary for the trainee after he graduates from HIPF and joins a company for full-time work

    • Japanese Experts Team
    • International Senior Instructors
  • The participating company provides 25% of the trainee’s tuition (SR 6,000/year)
